Its very rare that Steam allow a user to transfer a game from one Steam account to another, even for those Steamworks games.

Freaking finally, even though I don't have iPhone or Android device.

Still in closed beta for now. Install and try to log in to apply for beta.

I've just realized this, that Steam won't connect if I have uTorrent running.

I seldom use torrent, most of the time my Steam running fine. Any fix for this?

I use to always have this issue. I'm guessing its because Torrent sucks up alot of bandwidth. You get a "Connection error" when logging in.
Unfortunately I couldn't figure out any method other than just shutting down all torrents running around the house. It only seemed fine after I upgraded to 5mbps connection.

i think it's because uTorrent and Steam is using the same port...
maybe u can try to change port number that uTorrent use...

The person who developed bit-torrent works in Valve (when Steam was still new).
