Guys, anyone tried any chassis alignment kit (CAK from raceteach) / StiffRing on your Satria NEO??? I'm planning to get but someone told me that  for Neo the effect of not as great compared to other cars because Satria Neo original already got the ring thing installed just that it's made from plastic.

i've got a persona so i know whats the power difference betw cps n no-cps..

btw, any of u guys know any chop shops around tht sell campro parts?
i looking for ori air filter box cover.. or anyone here wanna let go their?
*
Normal campro also fast, provided it is revv high enough above the torque dip. But cps got 'fatter' torque curvewhich is better for all around driving experience.

You guy's ratios 4th gear can pull till 200km/h right at 7200rpm?
*
No lar.. 4th gear at 180km/h already at 7.2k rpm (rev cut).

Can control cps opening? Tot cps is mechanical based function that cannot be adjusted.  hmm.gif
*
It can be adjusted, but the question is, will it be benifial on a standard camshaft since the activation point already been calculated by engineers to be the most optimum/balanced one. If you are using a higher lift cam, then it will be benifial to have it activate at higher rpm.

with unichip, i think for better result, u must at least mod ur intake & exhaust system. if not the % of gain very minimal.

btw, any adjustment/tuning needed upon installing it?
*
On the plus side, you can always re-sell it without much loss, compared to other mods. Can also use for your next car. brows.gif

unichip q+.......q is the older version. exhaust and intake enuf already as you can tune for a good air fuel ratio and advance timing
yes bro you will need to dyno tune for car as every car isnt the same and also according to your modifications. my settings might not suit your car
can be controled. my neo cps opening of CPS is at 3.6k rpm
it is benificial in terms of your car performance. dyno graph shows that on around 3.7k rpm to 4.3k rpm the torque line doesnt go up much and only increase at 4.4k rpm when cps and short runner at 4.8 kicks in

so with an earlier opening there will be no torque dip....i dunno how to explain it properly, its not really a dip but its like the torque delivery isnt smooth.

so after adjusting to 3.6k the graph shows much improvement going up smoothly
*
Care to share your dyno chart?

I think the reason for the torque dip, unlike waja and gen2 cps, neo activation is way higher although the engine is the same. Maybe proton purposely did this so the feeling when cps open is stronger (since it supposed to be a sport car, not family car like waja/exora) and similar to vtec.

Added on February 28, 2012, 8:23 pmActually I also quite interested in your unichip. Just tge timing not right...

Btw, how much is used apexi safc II goes around these days? Might upgrafe to unichip if the price is right..

as for proton? ya its a good car.. but built quality still no improvements..
mine is 2010.. interior sound coming out already.. mileage only 30k km++
*
Use gps to predict the corner. Just like need for speed. brows.gif

Interior sound imo is minimal, since most from outside (exhaust) laugh.gif

Imo, your curve is quite strange. Not like other cps dyno chart.

Y your torque so zzzzz punya... no flat range at all....

sorry to say but the unichip tuner is losing his touch already....
get haltech better
brows.gif

the tuner is much much better
tongue.gif
*
This is the main reason that been holding me back (aside from budget) from getting a unichip. Not many tuner and the pro ones are much lesser.

But haltech almost 3k right? For the sprint 500.

tmr got buyer from jb buying my piggyback already. after this play wif stock car only.

haltech interceptor how much for a new one? 2plus also?
which part strange?
*
Usually the dyno chart for torque is quite flat until 5k rpm before decreasing. Take a look a my dyno (at my sig).

actually its the same only because at the Y-axis on your dyno is an increment of 10hp per box while my Y-axis is an increment of 2hp per box that is y the dyno shoots up and falls back down.

if the Y-axis of my graph is an increment of 10hp per box it will flat out more
