Bad timing. Just 3 days after 2nd leg of Carling Cup. We need to do extremely well in first leg so that we can rest our key players in 2nd leg and prepare for manu.

in light of the downward spiral we were in, KD without doubt. not even mourino or any "gifted" manager, special one, the F chum. Some might say after many year away from top flight, he may not have the "technical" how-how, ....football is football. yes, he doesn't rely on stats on a player like how rafa was obsessive with it. we have comolli to scout, makes a big decision on players, with KD in the loop. maybe, just maybe he have good players but comes a little short on something. At least we are a little better then having to offer only scraps or out of contract players for our bench/fringe to then our ex gaffer.

when it comes to man management, KD is probably closer to what many or some lfc fans wished for in mourino. Maybe a little too liberal to my liking if the supposedly stories of andy carroll binge... but it seemed more an 'english' problem right?? (drinking)

The players need to realise as much as KD treats them as adults, they need to understand their responsibility. I liked how a famous saying when shankly said to injured player, ".."Take that bandage off. And what do you mean about YOUR knee? It's Liverpool's knee!"

I dont know if such hardline discipline or comments along-these-lines work in today's football management. maybe its a 'scot'ish thing in saying'.

There is nothing for KD to prove, he was an obvious choice as our gaffer. Just hope few of the current players pull their socks up for Lfc.
earlier this season, there were comments we are playing (winning) without gerrard. then suddenly we seemed to lock back into how do we unscramble some teams, & we found gerrard a (far more) useful ammunition, as he gave us a plethora of dimensions in gameplay. thats steven gerrard for you. Yeah you all can accept him as the manager but is it wrong for me to doubt him? Each to his own matey. Just because you prefer and glorify him, doesn't mean everyone will. I'm well aware of the fact that he helped Blackburn with their first PL win but that's all in the past. We used to brag about our 18 league title and belittle our arch rival but now look who's laughing? When I say "prove himself first", that doesn't necessarily refer to all the fans. It's more to myself. Some people are just hard to pleased.

Since you are writing to yerself or expressing yer own feelings, best write it in yer blog, not in an open forum.

What i mean is hes not suited for the Big clubs.
Managing star players and yer ord ones are totally different.
Thereby he buys players like Konchesky and Poulsen while we had Spearing and others waiting in the wings.
Remember that Kenny had almost the same players as Roy except for Luis for Torres.
Carroll came in injured.

Plus if you had seen how he set up the players in  games, you would certainly know his limits! 
At the turn of the year,Liverpool had their lowest points total since the 1953-54 season when
they were relegated. Grim reading.
Thus, the almost instant turnaround when Kenny took over.
i would venture to say that the players had little faith in Roy, the man who
almost brought Carlton cole to Anfield..... 

Then again, maybe it was just the new owners seeing some deficiency in Roy and
confidence that Kenny can do the job better.

Yes in this forum, i vehemently disagree with such as silly remark when the blokes has such credentials
as a MANAGER!  Thats my opinion of yer remark. Simple, no? Cant stand the heat?
