dont call...if they direct u to big boss, only can reach voice mail even if u screw them off line..u wont get any call back...i think u wont get a replacement car so easy lar..just make them fix it but u need to find out wats wrong and just tell them directly rather than they investigate..

i know it's harder than we tok here but u really have to allocate couple of ur leave day for this problem...there will have problem with some odd unit car, maybe we are unlucky to are one of it...

worst scenario, fix it urself and forget bout the warranty..i know some of u might against it...mine just a minor problem to clean the smell oso take 2 weeks there...your braking issue, abit tedious...

btw, spend ur new year happily first..right after 2012, then only go fix it...

Bro mine is not just the braking issue. That is just a minor thing which I ask them to check to see is everything okay only.

My major problem with the car is AIRBAG. The error has been popping out since day one I got the car and till now none of the SC can rectify and even Cheras SC admit they don't have the expertise to do it as they strongly believe it has something to do with the wiring. They need to dismantle things and if wrong move the whole airbag system would screw up that's why they also escalate back to HQ and seems like HQ is not taking any action on this yet.

I don't know about you but as you got a new car that has wiring issues which could potentially lead to major problems later. I really can't find any peace in driving the car.

based on my experience talking to the boss...only 1 fella have experience in inspira and 1 apprentice , so tat makes 2 of them who qualified to fix inspira...because they dismantle my dashboard, and told me only 1 person know how to assemble back and tat fella took emergency leave coz nenek meninggal and his apprentice not confident to fix it.

i suggest u to go COE and the opis opposite the billing dept...ask them to prioritize ur car...stop calling....
