Until now I can't even get to the right person to speak. Whenever I call, this person will say that person problem.. that person will say that person problem.. Call Icare and icare this is the service center report their problem.. You see what I mean by kena throw like a balll... Is like no manager want to take responsibility on this.. I ask i-care if i want to request for a new car replacement who can i speak to..then she explain one whole bunch of things which i dun think she herself also know what she is talking.. all i ask for now is to speak to one person that can advice me the next step..

u seriously need to grab a chair in COE and sit in the reception area la. allocate a day for that, to see the right person to handle this. this is gone way out of hand, how can they actually work like that? simple point you to some place.

grow a pair, just go to their hq and give them a royal f***ing.

until the person you are talking to cries and calls his manager. and continue till u reach the top.

i have done that countless times for TM and Proton.
