u go to COE, left side office is the place u wait n do billing..right place is the office where the manager of service center sits...i suggest u to just walk inside turn left and go inside and tok loud loud to them....i forget the name ady but he got power 1...
oso happen to me and i screw him..then he say wana send me to nearest ktm i say no..send me to opis...but tat manager really duno wat he is doing..dont even know wat his staff doing....dont even familiarize the SAP system...but of all this, make sure u go b4 lunch..
