I think all those delivery just minority cases in US...
as I know they really provide good service...
I send once to my fren house in US...they even help u hide under the couch when the posmen knock and nobody answering the door..
*
Its true bro, its case to case and rarely happens. But I've seen how our Pos Laju dump items in the truck and stack on top of each other.
Leads to severe damages.

QUOTE(Andrewtst @ Dec 28 2011, 12:05 PM)
Wah! haha! this is new way of delivery then.. haha!

Yep, great movie as Dev said. Finally, after so long, it's showing at the local (HK) cinemas now. The soundtrack is great too!
*
Local HK cinema? Awesome.

And i believe no one is aware of the remake in Tamil. It's getting released on the 14th January
I'm not impressed with the stars line up though, but i do hope they don't screw up cos 3 Idiots is a brainy movie.

I buy fr ebay msia, lousy service, made pymt on 16/12 till today item not yet arrive, when i contact seller he says will send soon. I think it would be better to buy fr amazon since have to wait so long.
I think when i receive my bd , those buying fr amazon also get theirs already.

The best is to get from eBay US, fast delivery (most of the time). USPS is quite efficient. I usually receive from eBay US within 7-9 days. The latest i've received is 10 days (max).

Tunggu sale lerh, skrg kalo ko beli pun , nak dekat 39 dollar bhai..

QUOTE(terranova @ Dec 28 2011, 03:33 PM)
Yep, it's been making its run since Sept 2011, totalling 17 weeks now. Pretty long by local standards.

For those who are curious, this is how the movie poster looks like in Chinese! tongue.gif Link
for English titles, from amazon (both US and UK). cheaper than HK stores. for exclusive steelbooks, futureshop. for chinese titles, from HK stores.

however, if it's something I really cannot wait (too itchy!) or limited edition Iron Pack "steelbooks" like Avatar, I may pick it up from HK stores as well.
*
Cool poster..

QUOTE(maskedchan @ Dec 28 2011, 02:31 PM)
This doesn't happen only for poslaju...
It happen to dhl, fedex, ups...
They do throw their stuff into kontenna...
So it's common thing...unless u got fragile sticker..only they handle with care...
If not, they will throw here n there
*
Bro, its true that the courier's unacceptable attitude are intact when handling stuff's. But Pos Laju, i would not defend them. I've seen people's item , even with FRAGILE sticker, the packaging looked horrible and damaged. I don't think they even know the value (the importance) of the item to recipients.

From Warner. Three erotic thrillers.

QUOTE
Warner officially plans to bring three erotic thrillers to Blu-ray Disc on March 20th, 2012. The three films include: “9 1/2 Weeks” from 1986 starring Mickey Rourke and Kim Basinger. The Barry Levinson directed film “Disclosure” from 1994 starring Michael Douglas and Demi Moore. Last, the Andrew Bergman directed film “Striptease” from 1996 starring Demi Moore and Burt Reynolds. Tech specs for these three APPEAR to include full 1080p and DTS-HD 5.1 Master Audio on each. No word has yet been said if these titles will receive bonus materials or not; stay tuned.

Just to share with you a comment from one of my buyer, who had purchased a so called "original" blu-ray from eBay MYS. Turned out, he received a pirated blu-ray disc. If im not mistaken the price was about RM40-RM50.

Beware of the eBay MYS sellers (not all, there are genuine sellers) around.

sometimes have to pandai2 lo, if the price is surprisingly cheap (RM20-RM40), then have to beware and check the seller's rating/feedback and history.

to have a safe online transaction (no matter where), you'll need to do some homework...
*
You're right, probably my mate didn't do his homework hence he has been ffk'd.

Just finished watching Home Alone collection Blu-ray. Overall Home Alone had good details although a classic film. Applause to 20th Century Fox for giving a such wonderful film on High Definition.

Home Alone 2 was awesome, time and time again, it has been one of my favorite , especially the soundtrack, loads of happiness in my face..

Detailed review to follow..
