If your set is US set, then registered a US iTunes account.
If your set is UK set, then registered a UK iTunes account, if is German set, registered a DE iTunes account.

Google on how to registered a iTunes account without needed of US/UK/DE credit card.

I am very surprising to know that Lost: The Complete Collection got Chinese (simplified and Tradition) subtitle and BM too which didn't mentioned in www.blu-ray.com 

That is because Yesterday I just amend their website and today their already approved the amendment.  So, of course now got lah.  But do you notice some other subtitles that still not include yet because I did not amend other subtitles.  Example like Indonesian, Thai etc.  You can cross check with Season 1 etc and compare to Complete Collection.

Another way to check is login to www.blu-ray.com and click edit movie, you will see my name there.

The Muppets (Three-Disc Blu-ray/DVD/Digital Copy + Soundtrack Download Card) currently become unavailable.  That's suck and wired.    Don't tell me their don't want to release this edition anymore.

I think the problem is not with Amazon, usually is their suppliers.
