then that explains the cheap price. years ago was different... i used to buy 4-5 titles (dvd that is) in takashimaya at orchard rd when i was down in spore. pretty cheap for an ori region 1/imported disc if compared in msia then. of course bought during spore sales

I've got a problem here. I just bought a Sony Blu-Ray player. And I recently bought few Blu-Ray Disk from local cheap DVD stall. The problem is all the disk can't be played in the player. It says invalid format. Can somebody help?

Well, you may keep trying that for another 10 years time *sigh*.
And i can imagine why the disc has not worked on your player.. your answer to the question is "Get ORIGINAL BLU-RAY DISC and try again"
