Guys, i just checked with RAY TECH today for security tint..
4mil  heat blocking 60% original price 900 and discount 300 so RM600
4mil heat blocking 75% original price 1600 discount 400 so RM1200..

those myvi already come with tint, do you guys removed it and done new tint or just apply on it ?

they recommended to remove that and do new tint, tinting on existing layer if that if any problem it affect new tint on it and also have to remove everything...

i also asked them in case my window get smashed and tint spoiled do i get warranty.. they said have to do new tint but maybe with lower price...

oh, Maybank's is easier then...just insert car plate number. Other banks put the account number only but its listed as one (of many if you have a few) selections.

If I'm not mistaken, the reason they open a new account for each loan is to make their life easier tracking your interests and payments.

Bro my myvi extreme already came with solar control tint (ECOTINT BRAND), P2 giving 3 years warranty for that ECOTINT. I can see the tint layer on my windows.

Only MyVi Extreme 1.5 come tinted whereas the others only UV tempered glass. Yes, the glass is darker due to the UV element but not because of tint, unless like mentioned only the MyVi Extreme 1.5 came tinted.

Are you using 3M Crystalline and Huper Optik? I'm going to put on these soon, 3M Crystalline 70 Front + Huper Optik 40 Side & Rear. Wondering if this will be good to go.

have u guys notice our car when we free gear / manual or auto....the engine RPM going up to 1.5K RPM to 2K RPM ....just like throttle body problem ....then it calm again ....

ok advise as per what Alza facing .....one of the member change the battery NS40 ( std )......the prob gone after change to NS60....no more rpm hike like that...

i donno u guys facing the scenario or not .......

ONE more thing ....check your fuel pedal .....behind it has sumthing like welding spot that unable us to tekan habis....also alza have a polistrin ( kotak ikan ) inside the base just beneath the pedal.....

if kaki laju ...sure frust ......coz kenot tekan abis.........

i dont think we need to backup.. last time i messed up with the software and ended up formatting the whole sd..

then i flash in new 5.5 version and everything back to normal..

one thing i dont like is that we have to plug in the sd card to the HU then put back pc just to click the 'finish' button.. lame..

drove my car today to work, officially got to know this car a lot better. It is VERY high, like sitting an SUV or MPV, no chance of driving it like a low rider car like I always used to. I believe its higher than the old MyVi, confirmed by my friend. Adjusting to this new driving position, it slowly felt good, & comfortable. Gear stick being n the dashboard is a very unique and fun thing too!

At night, the LCD radio looks awesome GPS was quite fun to use too, it went - "Thank you for driving safely" when you reach your destination rather than Garmin's "arriving at destination". I also notice it has already pre-set Perodua service outlets etc in the GPS which is quite cool. Destination searching is almost immediate, just type (could use auto-spelling) and viola!

Although, I can't corner confidently right now without anti-roll bar/modifications. The steering also felt weird, being electronically powered. And the rear-view mirror feels kinda insufficient for this car for some reason.

All in all, a much better car than I had expected, can't wait to drive it again tomorrow

I faced the same problem previously, and Segambut SC manage to fix it. They mentioned there's something on the door need to tighten up, and now im happy with it.
Then another sound come from dashboard drawer

Maybe you could try sealing the threads with PTFE tape? PTFE is acid resistant - and it should give a tighter fit. As for the air vent at the cap you could just punch a small hole thru it to let the buildup escape.

Leaking absorber caps? Apa macam punya?
Coz the other gps devices are not Lokatoo...
