Do you mean to say that different P2 service center charges differently for the same type of service?

Not necessary from P2. You can buy them from the spare parts shops. Cheaper some more smile.gif

Source? I just made my booking for a 1.5SE MT yesterday, lucky.
*
The price will be when you actually get your car. Not the day you made your booking. So, even if you made your booking earlier, you may need to pay the increase price if you take your car after their implementation.
So, if you could try to register your car before the price increase is implemented.

EBC good?? how much per set?? thx bro ikiey's advice

Added on January 16, 2012, 6:07 pm140 for ultimax,,over 200 for green stuff >.< duno lasting or not...
then say dust will be 10% more then OEM...now i wash my car bout once every two weeks..the front rim will be full of brown brake dust...if tis has  more dust then i hav to wash once a week d tongue.gif
*
It is true that the green stuff will have more brake dust as compared to the OEM brake pads. Not to mention the better braking effect. Basically, the more effective the brake pads, the more dust it produces. I am using green stuff and Black stuff. Black stuff produces lesser brake dust than green stuff. So, as a compromise, maybe you want to try the black stuff. Generally ther are way way better then those OEM. smile.gif

I'm still surveying at what tint, seat cover and coil mat to put for the MyVi LBLP.

So far, I have in mind are:

Tint: Ray-Tech (multiple grades), VKool and 3M
Seat Cover: CoolMax Standard, CoolMax Premium
Coil Mat: any?

Any recommendation you guys would like to share or if any shops can get decent pricing for the items above? smile.gif
*
If you are going for good car tint, you may want to consider Huper Optic. The price is also very reasonable if you know where to get. Comes with 5 year warranty and takes care of JPJ summon as well. After having used it, very satisfied with it. thumbup.gif

Asking the guys that have changed from the OEM 14" rims to 15".
The ride will be a bit harsher due to the lower tyre profile. Tyre will be more expensive.
Other than that, any improvement in terms of handling at corners, etc.
Basically, is it worth to change from 14" to 15"?

does the myvi 1.5se multimedia set support reverse camera
*
Lots of people have been saying that it is not possible to connect the reverse camera to the OEM multimedia. However, have come across someone who mentioned that it is possible with slight modifications. But not sure how true it is.

Anyway, some link that you could look for alternative to that...

Hi,
is there any recommended good product to clean up the engine compartments (make it like new one) as water cannot clean up the oil?

is there any extreme care must be taken during the cleaning process? thx
*
Use engine degreaser if there are oil in the engine compartment. Avoid water getting onto the electrical components.

anyone know how to override the dvd system/usb? i mean we can play the movie even when we're driving.
*
Nearly every multimedia owners are asking the same question. According to P2, it is their agreement with JPJ not to allow viewing when the vehicle is on the move.
However, there are shops outside that are able to override that - disconnect the wire connection to the hand brake. smile.gif

Hye guys
Can I still go underground carpark in KL area if I lowered my ride with 17" on old myvi se2+diffuser?I am still worried afraid later cant get thro and need to sell again and rugi...

btw,

is D-Sport really make big different? My friends they said yes different compare with those custom one....I mean just the extractor already big different isit true?
*
It depends on the access into and out of the basement car park. In some car park, the ramp is quite steep, thus will scrape the underside.
So, this is something you have to be careful with if you need to park in basement car parks.

Oh so SC can install that beeping sound is it... so now my car not locking or unlocking by pressing alarms, is it because wiring issue ? can i bring to SC to check on that.. Do they entertain me even after i installed the buzzer by my own. I just worry SC may refuse to check on this, or give excuses of warranty gone...
I did called and ask that shopguy whether its really plug n slot, or he did some wyre cutting, but he said he never cut any wyres..
How about my radio signal, weak receptions.
*
The OEM multimedia from P2 is crappy. Don't expect excellent radio reception

[attachmentid=2654026]Hi guys,
i'm nooby here from Kuantan,Pahang.
Just got my "lagi power, lagi best" last week.
After went to kenduri kawen @ Selangor during CNY, my car mileage now is 1k+ km.

1. How much is 1k km service @ SC? i plan to install lock/unlock buzzer too. Need this info for my RM budget.
2. Does lokatoo gps is the best to suit my "lagi best"? this is 1st time i'm using gps.
*
hi, welcome.

1. for 1k service, should be about RM147. For the installation of the lock/ unlock buzzer, about RM50
2. The Lokatoo GPS is useless comparing to Garmin. Maps coverage is limited to certain areas only. Even some establish areas are not covered.

Dont worry bro, ur car still new.. After 5k will fares better... N to improves ur FC even more, throw in K&N drop in air filter n irridium plugs, will be even better
*
Talking about putting in the K&N filter and irridium plugs.....
During the regular service as P2 SC, these items will be replaced. So, if you are already using K&N and Irridium, will the P2 SC
- omit out the items or
- will they still charge for the full service package and pass the 2 items (not replaced) back to owners? hmm.gif

Talking about car security...
Anyone installed the anti-theft brackets as being promoted by P2?

going for 1000km service soon,
planned to install buzzer for alarm which will cost me rm50 i guess
wanted to change to a better horn, but since have to remove front bumper, a bit worried that it may loosen my bumper and causing kriok kriok sound smile.gif

what else should i change?
*
what's the purpose of installing the buzzer for the alarm?
to let you know that you have activated the car alarm?
If this is the reason, why not consider installing the device that will auto flip (close) both side mirrors after the alarm is activated? It will un-fold (open) the side mirrors when disarm your alarm. Cool feature thumbup.gif
It has 2 advantages -
1. Know that you have locked and activated your alarm when you see that the side mirrors are folded. You don't have to pull the handle to check whether the doors are locked. Look at the side mirrors; if they are retract means the doors are locked.

2. and most importantly, by having the side mirrors folded prevents breakage when leaving your car in parking lots.
