My MAIN point is that if he did not pay his previous con cases what makes u guys think he will pay u now for this case. Now he just a bit more scared cuz most of u are willing to go make a police report together. Not like his last previous cases.

That is why he will pay some of u now. Cuz he feels that the police wont go after him since he already refunded some of u. Especially those that said openly that they have already made a report on him.

What I can afford for now is RM1000 per month for 5 person at RM200 each month... I can't get loan I got no asset at all.
