bro, me and my friends plan to get the warhammer online collector's edition from the pcgame online store. but notice we only get 1 free game if we make via one purchase for 3 (qty). any way for us to get 3 free games if we purchase 3 copies in a single order?

I've place orders on the merdeka sale. I hardly placed orders with Pc.game.com.my and my last and only order was way back in 2005. I prefer Playasia. Since there is a so called promotion, I decides to try Pc.game.com.my again by ordering cheaper games first.

All I can say is this so called promotion is a con. I placed order on Warcraft Frozen Throne, Test Drive and Warfront.

It is not mentioned anywhere that the games are out of stocks when I ordered online. Immediately my credit card is charged.

Then I received a call to tell me that only Warcraft is available but the invoice clearly statedr Warcraft, Test Drive and Warfront.

Ok I said I will wait for new stocks but was told its not possible. So I have to change order to Unreal Tournament 2004 and Empire Earth 2.

I checked the website before I change and Unreal is still stated on the website as available.

I get another e-mail today to tell me that Unreal is also not available. This is totally unacceptable.

I know this is a promotion to sell old stocks of games but its very unethical of PC.game.com.my to threat customers like that.

This is the last time I will be buying from Pc.game.com.my.

I've placed numerous PC, PSP and PS3 games orders from Playasia and have not even once encountered such problems. They even sent me a collectors edition of Hellgate London when their normal edition is out of stock.

I have no problem of waiting for a longer period for stocks to arrive.

I am highlighting this because this is not the right way to do internet business.

subimpact, what is your average ping? I don't think it's that good since the current beta servers are only in the States and the ones in Australia are not up yet, right?

I think there is a thread for Warhammer Online on Online Gaming, you can have a look, from what i knew, the ping is quite ok.

our system has flawed because we are getting like more orders per day then we expected and our old stock needs to be manually updated to tally the stocks available. sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your feedback very constructive criticism. If you would like me to look into this problem please do provide us your Order ID so, I personally can look into any alternative getting your game that you have selected even when you said you have no problems waiting for a longer period for the stocks to arrive.

but the States ping is so far so good bro..


yes we will add this title shortly once our supplier will confirm of the product

there will be but not that soon maybe next month around mid september or so
