Bro, I ordered a Diablo3 t-shirt from you guys and FAILED to provide me proper follow up and I waited for a month in VAIN, stating at the very last minute of FAILURE in providing me the product offered.
Never mind, I was still patient. And now do you expect me to wait another month for my refund? Refunding and following up on customers is that difficult? Please be a bit professional on your business. Bloody disappointing. |

Question about your ordering methods:
If I wanted to purchase a back ordered item, say the CH Pro Pedals, and they're on back order, what should I do? Do I make the order immediately and hope for it to be fulfilled soon, or wait until the back order is resolved? |
