I've place orders on the merdeka sale. I hardly placed orders with Pc.game.com.my and my last and only order was way back in 2005. I prefer Playasia. Since there is a so called promotion, I decides to try Pc.game.com.my again by ordering cheaper games first.

All I can say is this so called promotion is a con. I placed order on Warcraft Frozen Throne, Test Drive and Warfront.

It is not mentioned anywhere that the games are out of stocks when I ordered online. Immediately my credit card is charged.

Then I received a call to tell me that only Warcraft is available but the invoice clearly statedr Warcraft, Test Drive and Warfront.

Ok I said I will wait for new stocks but was told its not possible. So I have to change order to Unreal Tournament 2004 and Empire Earth 2.

I checked the website before I change and Unreal is still stated on the website as available.

I get another e-mail today to tell me that Unreal is also not available. This is totally unacceptable.

I know this is a promotion to sell old stocks of games but its very unethical of PC.game.com.my to threat customers like that.

This is the last time I will be buying from Pc.game.com.my.

I've placed numerous PC, PSP and PS3 games orders from Playasia and have not even once encountered such problems. They even sent me a collectors edition of Hellgate London when their normal edition is out of stock.

I have no problem of waiting for a longer period for stocks to arrive.

I am highlighting this because this is not the right way to do internet business.
