This is actually your 1% monthly cashback capped at RM50.

To redeem you go to "other services" then "redeem Fortune credit card" on HLB online.

DO you remember reading abt a forumner was given the bonus rebate at end 2018, half way before his Fortune card full 1 yr annivesary
so unable to accumulate full RM108k swipe to earn the max bonus RM1880 cashback? meaning now the bonus cash back will be paid end of every year
and not wait till each Fortune card anniversary month?

Same issues happen to my account. I contact HLB and they say will claw back the bonus and follow anniversary.

We lose if RHB calculate bonus end Dec 2018 when only used card few months.

My anniversary in June, they credit RM880 to me. I contact their live chat and send message after login Internet banking.
Yet to claw back the bonus, still in progress.

So far they reply my case is not policy change, they say is their problem.

guys, if I have a transaction posted on 1st of March, and my statement date is 1st of every month, this RM 2838.30 will be calculated as spending for March month or not? Meaning I just need to spend another RM 2161.70 to get RM50 cashback for March or I still need to spend full RM 5000.00 to get RM50 cashback for March?

Is there official statement from Hong Leong Bank about expiring Fortune card will not be replaced or to be replaced by other equivalent Hong Leong Bank credit card ?

There are Fortune cards expiring this year, some next year. And in the case of Digimon09, his card is only expiring in 2023.
