heard there are changes to layout for next the phase. overall, i dont think the archi is doing a good job. doh.gif

it is about square ft la. for a same size unit, cant see how layout can justify for higher price. anyway, they change because lots of complaints from the current phase. it shows investors smarter than the archi. doh.gif

Somehow by looking at the layout u can tell if the space is wisely designed or wasted for nothing with odds corner and position (junior design). Sometimes architect design with a reason I know but not this Robertson.

4) River of Life (Masjid Jamek Area)
Distance from TR: ~1.1km
Status: Aecom (US based) was chosen to carry out the river beatification project. The project is currently ongoing. Masjid Jamek which is under Precint 7, is one of the 11 precincts under the 10.7km ROL project, which would be developed into a riverfront esplanade.

Cool! Quite a big piece of land ler! At the other end of bb we have pavilion, should turn this land into another jewel. Any news of this land development?

Most probably a mall or grade A office. Not much office space in bb anyway.
