i try put 5 rcs with a CPO in a tiny betta tank 7cmx7cm , she didn't even chase the RCS, all safe for a week until the CPO molt
and died, i suspect RCS attack her after she molt and kill her  sad.gif

i have 2 more blue pearl crayfish(2.5cm)and 1 white one, those are killer , kill/eat everything eatable you put in.

yup, agreed on those cherax destructor sp, they even tried to nip and eat my 8" oscar lol shakehead.gif
hurm, but they (those CPO) got the same requirements as the shrimps right?
maybe i should secure and get a few RCS first with a CPO and a small tank.

actually i find that CPO is more fragile than a RCS, 6 CPO already perish on me. tongue.gif
owh... then i'll just wait a bit more till their price drop further
btw, arrow, fire red is the second most top tier of RCS am i right?
what about those yellow ones? how to determine those yellow RCS grade?

Im just curious, why those CRS related shrimps are really small, compared to RCS?
cant we make them bigger or they do have a bigger size, depending on their genes or specific traits?

Cherry n crs same size wat
well, to be honest, everytime i see, RCS and sakura is much bigger than fire red and fire red is the same size as CRS but Painted fire red is bigger than any of them, the biggest i say IMHO.
what do you all think?
