what will u use it for eh??? better get used to the stock motor first.quite a lot of good motors out there.i think 'stock' 27 turn motors should do the trick

depends on ur final ratio...taller gearing(heavier) = less runtime
10-15min is good enuff i think...after all, u only run 4 5min in race...
