Before starting HBP med, 80+, after started med and exercise for a few months, 50+ when lying down, 61-65 when rested.

but doctor said the HBP med does not affect HR... which is strange.

Mine 90+ everytime measure using bp machine. Not sure whether its due to anxiety or stress.

Was at 44bpm late September before my fitbit strap snapped.

Not sure what's the current rate now with me ditching the run on treadmill to jump rope

Edit: finally got the 5th star biggrin.gif

My average daily heart rate is below 60.
I exercise a minimum of 3 hours per week, mostly cardio - jogging or just walking.

The lowest I've ever recorded was when I was lying on my bed about to fall asleep. 36bpms. I thought I measured wrongly but I measured a few times again just to be sure and I was like wth! Other time like when I'm wide awake, it is always near to 50-55bpm.

Wow 36 is quite impressive. I only managed around 45 in the same situation. Btw, how old are you and are you doing a lot of cardio?

In mid 40s, only play badminton like twice a week. Nothing more.

I see. That makes your 36bpm even more impressive.
Btw, how does it feel when your pulse going below 40 while resting? Any different from when your pulse was above 45? or just feels like normal.

No difference. It's like you're at your most relaxed state, that's all.

Sometimes 80-90 resting heart rate (I manually count by checking my pulse rate, placing my finger on my wrist there)...not sure anxiety or just unfit. Any advice?
