The lowest I've ever recorded was when I was lying on my bed about to fall asleep. 36bpms. I thought I measured wrongly but I measured a few times again just to be sure and I was like wth! Other time like when I'm wide awake, it is always near to 50-55bpm.

Wow 36 is quite impressive. I only managed around 45 in the same situation. Btw, how old are you and are you doing a lot of cardio?

In mid 40s, only play badminton like twice a week. Nothing more.

I see. That makes your 36bpm even more impressive.
Btw, how does it feel when your pulse going below 40 while resting? Any different from when your pulse was above 45? or just feels like normal.

No difference. It's like you're at your most relaxed state, that's all.
