cpu loop cooling the least u can get is around rm600+ depends how much 'bling' u want...the gpu block i reckon it must be around 350-400+ ..so if u want to sink ur gpu..stronger pump and good radiator need to be mount

so roughly could easily cost u around 1k+

btw what casing are u using?

I don't think you should waste time and resources doing WC on a 431 sweat.gif

Hey guys which WC system is better? Custom build or after market ones? (Eg:H100). Can I use H100 to cool down my Proc, GPU and North Bridge? (Direct install, each one take one H100)
UPDATE: How bout this?

Same as Corsair Hydro series cooler but its price are far more cheaper. shocking.gif
Can they be refill? Corsair Hydro Series and other aftermarket cooler.
And..Wow we can make full custom WC for just RM490? blink.gif

Cooler master storm scout can?

No, storm scout doesn't take 2 x 240mm. The cheapest and best CM casing for WC is the 690 Advanced II

H100 - RM470 +/-. When the pump dies, you throw the set away or salvage the parts
XSPC RS240/any custom kit RM490 onwards - When the pump dies, you change it out. Every single part can be changed out smile.gif

I see...Btw I don't really believe those aftermarket WC ones...Looks not cool at all whistling.gif
Can give me a checklist what parts do I need in order to build a custom WC system? (CPU,GPU, North Bridge, HDD , RAM)

all u need is open ur side casing..with ur measuring tape or measuring instrument standby

sit beside ur desktop..imagine and visualize how u want to setup the wc kit..

usually check where are the place u want to mount the rad, reservoir and pump..

If your casing is small you may need to mount your rad outside of your casing, this is also know as External Rad. (Correct me if I'm wrong smile.gif )

@CyntrixTech Please recommend me for the best parts. (including balbs and the accesories) that is cost effective. rclxms.gif Maybe I should consider giving up on RAM and HDD cooling. nod.gif

cooling the cpu n gpu is enuf for most ppl, whats more now ram is coming out LP series on many brand.
can always mount the radiator outside the case with no modding, which is the biggest/longest part of a wc setup.look for radiator mount or bracket.

Cooling ram is a waste of money. It is extra hassle and makes the PC even more immobile than it already is. You can just get high performance pre-overclocked ram for the same amount of money put in the ram block, extra tubing, and extra fittings. G.Skill has all the rams you ever need, just depends on how deep your pocket is tongue.gif

The point is if you are buying a lower end ram and spending extra rm300-400 on the ram block+fitting to water cool them so that you can oc them higher, you are better off just putting the same amount of money on a higher end ram.

I know a lot of people are moving away from wc ram. Ask pptek how many ram blocks they'd sell and you'd know smile.gif but to each his own.

lol

the block can only be fitted to just 1 type of ram and those ram is not cheap to begin with

and dealing with this kind of customers i knew that they are not the kind of people that mind spending another 400 just to watercool them
