The browser does seems a lot smoother than 4.0.3! Will use a while more to see. I remember last time when I first got 4.0.3 I also felt that the browser is smooth, but after a few days of usage, the performance sucks bad, don't know its caused by cache or something.

Just found out yesterday that the Video recording in ICS now have some funny features like Big Eyes and Big Mouth.
