Yes... But their not updating Nexus S regularly... But there is unofficial at XDA which regularly update. You need to install other custom kernel since their default cause phone slow badly...

But the unofficial CM advise to use the Official CM10.1 instead

I mean Xylon... Go for unofficial version... As for CM, I stick to CM Nightlies since they updated it daily...

Depends on usage... Heavy internet usage around 8-12 hours... Wihout internet usage... 2 days

When you say without internet usage, are you saying you disable the mobile data? or you enable the mobile data but did not use the phone?

Now my phone, if I enable mobile data, the battery won't last 1 day, even if I don't touch the phone...

Yes, disable mobile data... and some people claimed disable Google Now and Google location also help in preserving some battery power when enable mobile data.
