Hi,
I purchased a second hand Myvi 1.3 (2005). Some oil leak was there from the bottom. One mechanic said it is the 'O' ring problem and replaced the O ring. I don't know from which part he replaced the 'O' ring. After that, the oil leak reduced very much. Still leaking, but just one drop over night. Earlier, it was leaking from three places. After this change of 'O' ring, my aircon started giving trouble. Earlier, it used to be cold. Now, it is not cold as before. After 30 minutes of driving, only hot air is blowing. I switch off and drive for 10 minutes. After that, I turn on aircon, it is blowing cool air. This on/off cycle is repeating until the end of the journey. I don't know if there is any link between the 'O' ring replacement and aircon issue. Any problem with the compressor? Can you pm me the charges for diagnosis/repairing? Thanks.

Thanks for your issue sharing. If the oil leakage still happens after replacing the oring, it seems like not wholly solving your aircond problem. Hi Cheelam,
My car is a 2013 Almera with a possible leakage. I did do aircond service Dec2017 but now after 4 month , my aircond are blowing dry air. Is that suffice to say that my cooling coli kaput?. Please do pm me the price for full service & coolingcoil change.

Hello cheelam,
I have the 2015 toyota vellfire.
My A/C at the front works fine with cold air, but my rear A/C seems to blow normal but WITHOUT cold air.
Any reason what might be causing it?

Hi, My car is almera 13y, my aircond got cold on morning and night time, but when hot weather like 12pm time, my aircond not cold and need to ramp oil only can get cold, if i didn't press the oil aircond not cold. Sometime if reverse car my aircond cool air also will cut off, is that coil leak or compressor kaput already?  How much does repair cost? |
