Used, 1 month old babe. That time vita cost around rm950, so it was a good deal. By the way it is a wifi only version.

I got ps2, ps3 and psv LoL. 3g version is more expensive, I get the wifi one since I can always open hotspot in my phone anyway.

They lock cross region for both CC & Paypal. What I did was, register Amazon.com with billing address somewhere in free tax region in US, and buy digital codes from there.

I've been using US PSN for a few years now. Even a PS Plus. To add fund, I purchase those PSN cards from LYN sellers, then enter the code and it will top-up my fund. Using the same method for iTunes US too. So far, everything went smoothly. Only during rare case I purchased a code which could not be used. Contacted the seller and he sent me another working code.

It will never happen. Make US account.

you need to register a US psn account, reformat your psv then sign in with the US psn acc. You might need to get another memory card for it though.
There is a more detailed instruction somewhere in the previous pages.

Yes, switching acc need to reset the memory card, because it ties with the acc.

Do research 1st. Any download is tie to PSN account. It not like PS3 you can have many account. On the same device.

Its a scam alright, but what to do, I doubt the seller care, he already got the money. Positive side is, SS is free for US psplus account, and 5 other vita games.. So, just put your account, make it us region, then subscribe to US psplus account..
