Lol no.worries. I'm a doctor and bodybuilder and I enjoy good food. Carbs are not evil, overdose of carbs are. Moderation bro. Don't eat 3-4 packets like I do. I need it.

I first started loving Korean noodles dry style when I stayed at my dad's friend's house in Hong Kong. His Filipino maid cooked this brand called Doll noodles dry style with 2 slices of luncheon meat on.top.

That's the best from Korea so far. Had for the first time while in UK studying back in 1997 and since returning to Msia continue to buy but is getting more expensive used to buy like RM8++ per 5pkt now like selling at RM15++ in Tesco/Giant.
