Some analytical comparison.
Last time iPhone 4 RRP is RM 2190, but Digi discount RM 1990 for any IDigi package. Now the device price is RM 2090, assume this price after RM 200 discount, soi guess the RRP for iPhone 4S is RM 2290? |

I was right.. The opening for purchase is for impulsive buyers. It's a full payment thing. Once payment has been made. No refund or anything. When maxis and celcom finalize their plan. The impulsive will be like...
