IMPORTANT: By renewing to iDiGi 88, an upgrade fee of RM150 will be charged to my next DiGi statement. What does this mean?

SO which means tat,if i sign for 2years,i pay RM53 every month,+ RM2090 + RM150 for the upgrade fees? WHY SHOULD I PAY RM150?!
