this strategy make ppl impulsive only.. maxis and celcom also haven't come out the plan.. digi just the layout only..haha.. see how many impulsive buyers there...

The main reason is to tie customers 24 months straight... When they want to relinquish.. means penalty..lol.. i doubt digi services and coverage and 3g will improve... priority is always given to local telco first..

I was right.. The opening for purchase is for impulsive buyers. It's a full payment thing. Once payment has been made. No refund or anything. When maxis and celcom finalize their plan. The impulsive will be like...
