QUOTE(jgfs @ Dec 13 2011, 09:15 PM) Good point there. I'll check with my friend who has an iPhone 4 and see which is better. But I'm pretty much satisfied with the 4S. @jiro1986, what you say make sense too. Even though I'm using some budget telco, its coverage is really good because it uses the infrastructure of a bigger telco. In fact, it's even better than my Digi line back home. Plus, I use wifi most of the time so it helps to conserve battery life too. Which telco are you using?

Okay, if you have your name on your confirmation ID email, then it is okay but before the launch event, please make sure that you have convert to a principle line first

Questions: What are the payment method available during the IP4S launch? Don't have credit card/debit card and don't feel comfortable carrying alot of cash with me. Can we use ATM card to pay?

QUOTE(mokmok07 @ Dec 13 2011, 09:07 PM) Guys I have one question. I'm currently a sub-line under my mum's Maxis account, and I ROI my iPhone4s model with all my detail and my phone number and of course I get a conformation email. But when my mum wants to make me as a main line at Maxis Centre the CS told my mum that even though I have become a main line and got a conformation Email from maxis, but I'm not able to enter to the Maxis iPhone 4s launch hall at KLCC (my mum can) because when i'm register the iPhone 4s ROI i'm still a sub-line under my mum's account, so the conformation Email is for the account holder (my mum) not me! Its that truth? If thats truth than i'm gonna consider MNP to Celcom... Well, that may be a blessing in disguise cuz the Maxis iPhone plans are a rip-off! RM 100 a month for the cheapest plan? No thanks, I'd take my chances with Celcom too. Hope they don't disappoint. As a matter of fact, some malay blog has leaked their pricing. Can't recall what it is again. Maybe someone here can help me.

If your name is on your confirmation ID email, then it's okay to not bring your mum. BUT if your mum's name on the confirmation ID email, then it is a MUST to bring your mum hope this helps

Don't have credit card/debit card and don't feel comfortable carrying alot of cash with me. Can we use ATM card to pay? From what I know, most ATM cards are debit cards. Eg. my CIMB ATM card can also be used as a debit card. It will show on your card whether it supports debit or not Added on December 13, 2011, 9:47 pmQUOTE(syarz @ Dec 13 2011, 09:45 PM) so that means as long as the person "whose name is in the invitation mail" is together, its possible to get a 4s for another maxis number rite? correct me if im wrong? If the confirmation ID email has your name on it, then it is okay to attend the launch without your mum but you need to convert to principal line first. NOTE: It is okay to have 2 principal lines in 1 account (billing account that is under your mum) This post has been edited by Eidilfitrix: Dec 13 2011, 09:55 PM

Yes unless he already made an account for himself (independent from his mum's account) right? (correct me if i'm wrong)
