Interesting, the 1.8 CVT has lower rev than 2.0 CVT?? Any other 1.8CVT owners can give some figures??

serious one ..

CVT is variable .. sometimes it needs more power to push the car.. some times it dont ..

the variable that can decides this is ..
WEIGHT .. what u carry in ur car ..
FUEL .. what type of fuel ... i felt shell really rubbish (i very bias geh tongue.gif) .. but i dyno with miuk .. 3 bhp more then his (im not on shell)
Other Drags .. bodykit la , spoiler la..

Hmm...true also....most of the time i can get to 120km/h (at 2.2-2.3k RPM), usually full load with 4 adults + 1 kid....seldom can drive highway alone....family man mah....

But seriously, i tried all fuel, i really don't see much difference, only a dyno can tell the difference.

For my own experience on petrol pump (pump around Rm600+- per month)

Shell no power but milleage seems good.
Petronas Extra ada power , mileage looks normal
Now testing ESSO...

my cheapjing logic ...

Shell fuel save because its is harder to evaporate... so ur fuel last longer even under hot sun ... but its also harder to burn .. thus no power..

this happen last time when i work at CHEAPSKATE factory (proton) .. the car park open space geh .. hot sun ..

whenever i use SHELL .. it can last longer.. and when u open the fuel cap for refuel .. u can hear slight hissing sound only.. if i put in caltex.. it cant last geh ... and wehn go refuel .. the hissing sound so long and loud ... (all evaporated)

No choice la, have to pump Shell. Somemore near my house got no Esso.

Actually I prefer Caltex, but damn hard to find.

Great...CHEERS...don't forget am interested in them Lancer GT wings....not the EVO X
*
Ok mate but u havent say if urs is 2.0 or 1.8. LGT wings will be cheaper that Evo X.. estimated rm100?

I re-post in case some lazy to read previous post

Anyone planning to install EVO X spoiler? especially 2.0..

We can group together get discount.. coz 1 fella gave me quotation spray 200-250 for the whole rear bonnet.. (this is to cover the holes after remove the duck spoiler)

I think around 400-450 we can get it done (for fiber spoiler since one of our fren here can get rm200 evox spoiler with 2 tone paint)
