get the best sfi and cod file from other firmware, and combined it in one OS.. -> that is hybrid..

that's why i prefer to straight update to the hybrid software rather than, changing one by one, COD or sfi files..

but changing them by urself were great, it does challenge our mental, keep on thinking "what if, what if" all the time. my experiments ended up well even after getting nuked for 2-3 times biggrin.gif for me, u need to feel something like "omg, is this phone dead? shoot, i should've not done this method, omg what im goin to do now, i just burned my RM1800" AT LEAST, ONCE in a lifetime. haha. no nuked no gain.

Yes boss, most hybrid OS will make the battery last longer. But unfortunately I don't think there's any hybrids for 9790 yet.

they declined me twice at Gardens and KLCC a day after i bought it.

after tweets to @maxiscomms , @maxislistens and a youtube vid, they finally accepted it.

then again they wrote "no fault found" on the RMA sheet.

lets see if they honor the repair arrangements.
