cuz when i bought mine about 8 months ago .. it was 400AUD ..
so about 1.2K here ..

anyway .. there is old and new version on the HD-25 ..
HD-25 MKII is the newest version

don't mixed up with HD-25SP which is the cheaper version of the real HD-25MKII

i did use computer speakers for my setup, it all depends on the watts of the speakers.. used altec 4 5 years back and i needed an amp, before this used edifier e3100, that one no amp needed.
basically it comes down to ur speakers capacity.

btw that's the price for extreme records where u always talked about.
i emailed several resellers for the 1000mk3 & the cheapest quote i got from Dynamix Sounds at 3.8K++

hey guys. how much would a noob setup cost now? new and used pricing? not looking for CDJ. want a vinyl setup with all necessary components.

2nd hand turntable .. two unit is about .. say ... 3K to 4K ... with a mixer .. probably at the end .. 5Kringgit ..

nah maybe i dunno the market price ...... but same goes to Allies DJ ..... 2nd hand cost 4.3k

e30, if you want those packages for new DJ ... u might want to check out Stanton Turntables package...
they are pretty good for starters ... but if you got the money and serious about DJ-ing .. you might as well invest in a good set once and for all that will last you .. erm .. 20 years? maybe more ... SLTechnics 1200 is the Legendary turntables and has been around the markets for yonks .. so yea..


i don't think there is any stanton dealer around in m;sia but there i know there is in singapore .. so good luck if you are looking for stanton DJ package around here..

Added on April 19, 2008, 3:11 pmu just need to know where to go to find these people .. one reason why i came into lowyat was because I google-ed for DJ ppl in m'sia .. and somehow came here ... and i have been here ever since .. even though it's a very small community here but better than nothing ..
and i'm sure there is alot of DJ in this lowyat forum that doesn't even know this thread exist ..
