Believe those factory land will turn into development in future.. Klang Valley land is gold..

I just brought unit koi kinrara size 1153ft price RM 420K. Before I also did survey to atmonfera end up to choose KK.
As you said atmonfera workmanship quality is suck.. |

I think the access road will be big problem that area. Imaging the whole area future could be have 12 block of condos and sharing just one access road???

compare inner Puchong area this location is much much better. More importantly not need face the LDP jam.
