I did, with heat rejection of about 85% and cost me rm800 for 4 windows and rear..

What about the VLT? Based on the given info, our pre-installed film's VLT is 58%....

bro, not to burst ur buble..but heat rejection or infra red? TSER a.k.a. total solar energy rejection is the most important for rejection of heat.

no tint can give TSER of 85%. most also 60+ %,

hmmm... whose involve, me dunno lah, for tuning I know it is way2 too expensive,but for autolock, is it him? our K3?

The rest of us here are mostly pemandu berhemah unlike madchin, so we don't like breaking the the law.

I think a few moons back, another forumer Zuladha had to rip out his tint because of JPJ and had to go back and re-do inspection. So stick to just being a pemandu berhemah and you'll be fine. Unless of course you have an affinity for men in dark uniforms like our resident train master kenny potatos.

Added on December 5, 2011, 9:29 pmMiuk, I also berhemah, I did 50% but then night time it looks seemingly dark due to our dark interior, hence was stop... But I think I have no wrong, cus he let me go..



Anyway if it wasn't for my broken window I wouldn't have double tint it, as one glass was without tint for sometime.. And to go back to ecotint is too expensive with 550 for one..

You know why...

If you want to darken the screen, its better you go back to Eco-tint.... for RM500+, you can add 2nd dark layer and still keep warranty for both layers (on defects only).... do take note that adding a second layer will automatically make you a JPJ magnet.....

Autolock was copied from K3, then they simply re-copy the setting to other cars lor, thats y they are selling it cheaper... just like those pasar malam DVD sellers la.......

Most importantly, how pro are these so called "tuners" and have they proven themselves by know what they do, and knowing how to revert it if any problems.... all they did was copy the ROM from K3.... while K3 actually studied and learn what can and cant be done....

In fact, K3 almost killed his own car ECU doing the testing, so I'd be supporting K3 who knows what he is doing, and not support those pirate ciplak copied ROM.... and all for RM10 savings???


The other seller is After12, who does actual tuning on other cars too.... their charge includes ROM remap, dyno and tuning after car is driven for a few fuel tanks.... K3 is cheaper coz his is Stage 1 tuning with no dyno (except for his own dyno)....

btw, any1 noe where to find white sport rims 17" or 18"? I go to Rawang & Shah Alam and found very few. Will go to klang to survey next.

Im looking for a white sport rims ala advan rz-df. I did got info from the rawang shop that he can order and hv to pay dp first. But I do know that advan rz-df do not come in white. So if I order & they spray the rims white, do i feel any difference or maybe the paint will peel off?

There are a few paint methods for painted rims.... the best is by dipping the entire rim into paint, let it cure dry and then paint a layer of top clear coat, which will preserve the paint finish and color for a longer time.... coz the paint coat will be thicker than hand spray painting, the second method....

If the rims shop knows what they are doing and paint the rims along with a top coat, then it will last relatively longer, and precaution must be taken so that the outside car wash shops DONT wash the rims with those abrasive chemicals they usually spray clean the rims with prior to soap and water wash....

Nvm we pemandu berhemah will soon do dyno in an effort to improve fuel fc. Once that is done cannot simply copy rom already.
