My 2.0 coming out next week....would like to the ECOTINT specs before deciding if there's need for better tint films....

Thanks mate...but just to confirm with you - I read in another 'Inspira' forum and they mentioned that our Inspiras' are using the ECOTINT Hybrid 6 (HB-06) Tint Films for the side windows....

The rest of us here are mostly pemandu berhemah unlike madchin, so we don't like breaking the the law.

I think a few moons back, another forumer Zuladha had to rip out his tint because of JPJ and had to go back and re-do inspection. So stick to just being a pemandu berhemah and you'll be fine. Unless of course you have an affinity for men in dark uniforms like our resident train master kenny potatos.

Chabutzz....

Good one mate.....lemme get hold of the car and drive it for a week or so before deciding if additional tinting is needed...

If you want to darken the screen, its better you go back to Eco-tint.... for RM500+, you can add 2nd dark layer and still keep warranty for both layers (on defects only).... do take note that adding a second layer will automatically make you a JPJ
Which ECOTINT model is it for RM500+ bro? Seems like a good offer...

Guys, my 2.0 will be coming with the 2 years FREE SERVICE (as offered by the SA)....Can I know what's the breakdown of the service charges & labor if we did not opt for the FREE SERVICE? I know that the first 3 services would be free and that we are only getting another additional 3 services for free but heck since my SA is offering me that as well - why turn it down, right?

Also, noticed the service interval after the first 1k is 10k KMs. Do they use Fully Syn engine oil during this FREE SERVICE? if not, can we upgrade to Fully or bring along our own Fully engine oil?

Me from Sri Damansara mate....

Would be great if we can start a list of SCs that allows to bring our own oil....remember reading somewhere on Proton SC recommended & to avoid....think it was AUTOWORLD Forum.... thumbup.gif

I suggest you guys head to V Care Tyre at Rawang. Its just at the roundabout. Corner shop. I did my rim & tyre changes for both my rides there. Very good trade-in price.

Infact, once my Inspira 2.0 is out in 2 weeks time, I'll be heading there to check the deal offered.

good info, thanks

DO share with us on how much our Inspira rims & tires can fetch in the trade-in price.

I remember they took my 2 year old 16" Taiwan rims + Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3 for RM1.2k as trade-in & my 2nd car, MyVi's 1.5 yrs old standard rims & tires for RM700 as trade-in as well.

Not bad of a pricing if you ask me.... rclxms.gif
