well, kalo hang duduk situ, hang would prefer it empty than depa tinggal kat situ. lama kelamaan, semua rental jatuh sebab pak pak nih.

Well investor and owner understanding diff

I'm investor too but I do realize those Negro will affect the property price
Honestly the rental can't cover the bank installment & maintenance fee
but at least it can cover up to 90% and I am hoping UTAR student will eventually move in.

I notice my next unit is rent out to a UTAR student. Well the hope is there, find the right agent to promote your property

By the way, I'm lucky to rent it out to the local.

Getting local tenant is like a gem these days. You are lucky. Can intro your agent to me pls? Appreciate PM.

Maybe can also ask the UTAR student his agent contact, haha. Any idea if they rent bare unit or fully furnished?

Sometime local doesn't mean gd also
In bmc many local tenant always delay payment and run away too
And some even do criminal in the house .

i am sure local tenants got bad apples also. but the bottom line is, lets not turn it into venice hill 2.0. if it happens, long term semua pemilik yg rugi.
