In my experience, i know 3 maids
Young jawa, no good Older jawa, fair only, but lack common sense Older jawa, excellent. In summary, some good some bad. Older>younger. Try take maids that served other family member family or recommended. Also wear protection and if not, dont shoot inside one. Kthxbai |

Older maids are better from my experience. They may not work faster but they are more fussy.
We had a young maid once who stole from us once or twice. But we showed fairness to her and eventually she trusted us and was more loyal to us. I think once you show her some honest hospitality, she won't betray you. Forming a bond/attachment is key. And about the 7kg rice a month thing, if she does a lot of housework, obviously all that energy has to come from somewhere  |

Never noticed this before. 4. They lazy to do their chores so lie to the employer. 5. Some maybe influenced by other maids or need more money to buy credit for cell phone. They are so pro they can roll a 10 ringgit note and hide it without the employer knowing where she hid it. 6. Promises, banglaz sweet tok them to spread their legs and then after they're done, the bangla cast them aside and they run to the embassy. |

Run away with contractor. But she only run with only one pair of clothes, and key to house.. I chain the door already. LOL |
