depends which part of indon you get them from actually. i just got a new one for about 1 month now, she cooks like a champion, cleans rooms very well and very sopan. dresses well pakai tudung also.

We pay only 3 digits. compared to the 5 digits they pay. It is only natural, that we get the leftoever monkeys. If you want good relationships with maids, give out 3~6 month bonus pays. Make them feel special they are with you.

Or even better, stick to once-per-week maids to help out in chores! they only cost RM100-150 a month. Dont be a lazy bum.
