Visually both are almost the same in term of brightness & colour

Vios '04 using H4 for its headlight.

Philips X-treme Vision = Osram Night Breaker Plus = Ring Automotive Xenon Ultima (~3500K) - Yellowish. These 3 are the brightest halogen light bulbs on the market.
Philips Blue Vision Ultra = Osram Cool Blue Intense (~4000K) - Warm white
Philips Diamond Vision = Osram Cool Blue Hyper (~5000K) - Cool white

The cooler the colour temperature (as in whiter or more bluish), the less penetrative the light beam going to be. So if you are looking for bright light under night/foggy/rainy conditions, it is best to keep to yellowish light. If you are looking for aesthetic white light, both Philips Diamond Vision and Osram Cool Blue Hyper are excellent choices. We have something in between as well - Philips Blue Vision Ultra, which is a warm white light.

Size H11 for your Myvi LB. These are performance halogen bulbs, not HID.

1. HB4 for main low beam. H3 for fog lamp. HB4 i have Osram Night Breaker Plus. H3 i have Osram Night Breaker Plus & Osram Cool Blue Intense.
2. Just plug and use. No need ballast.
