For brightness and long beam throw, you can consider Osram Night Breaker Plus or Philips X-treme Vision. Both are similar products.

Headlight H4:
Osram Night Breaker Plus - RM80
Philips X-treme Vision - RM135

Fog light H11:
Osram Night Breaker Plus - RM150
I don't have any Philips for the size of H11

Altis is on HB4.
For size of HB4 i only have Osram Night Breaker Plus at RM125/pair.
It is a yellow light, 10% whiter than stock.

Headlight - Should be H7
Fog light - Should be H11
I am not 100% sure. So best if you can unplug and check, or refer to your car manual (if you still have it).

Pretty easy to install. There are a lot of demo on YouTube which you can refer to.

All are road legal, except for Philips Diamond Vision & Osram Cool Blue Hyper.
