Philips Diamond Vision is a totally different creature as compared to Osram Night Breaker Plus. It is 5000K cool white light, dimmer than Night Breaker Plus. Its selling point is not because of high brightness and long beam throw, but more of white light for aesthetic purpose.

For comparison purpose:
Philips X-treme Vision = Osram Night Breaker Plus (~3500K)
Philips Blue Vision Ultra = Osram Cool Blue Intense (~4000K)
Philips Diamond Vision = Osram Cool Blue Hyper (~5000K)

The cooler the colour temperature (as in whiter or more bluish), the less penetrative the light beam going to be. So if you are looking for bright light under night/foggy/rainy conditions, it is best to keep to yellowish light. If you are looking for aesthetic white light, both Philips Diamond Vision and Osram Cool Blue Hyper are excellent choices. We have something in between as well - Philips Blue Vision Ultra, which is a warm white light.

We no longer bring in new stock for Ring Automotive Xenon Ultima H4. Lifespan wise Philips is always known for the best.

For brightness you can consider the following 2 for Vios:
1. Philips X-treme Vision H4 - RM135/pair
2. Osram Night Breaker Plus H4 - RM80/pair

Both have similar colour temperature of 3500K. Yellow light with slight white tint. Thanks.

Sorry, we don't provide installation.
Philips X-treme Vision is slightly brighter than Osram Night Breaker Plus, and has better reputation for longer lifespan.
But Osram Night Breaker Plus is much more affordable.
