torres is blunt... not sharp at all.. but then, he long time no play also...understandable...

well, another draw from the look of it..

Yes, we can see, not sharp at all. If you see the video he scored 81 goals for Liverpool, he tried the same movement, dribble but not sharp as in Liverpool shirts. As u said, understandable.

Fair result I would say. Can't ask more. Spurs had their game in first half, but we defended fantastically. Terry block at the last minute is... just fantastic. Cole played very well too.
And who is with me, Bosingwa plays better in centrehalf position than right back? He's good!

Ramires should've burried his two golden chances. Cech goal kicks are a bit worrying huh? Always fall into opponent feet.
Edit, ops I am sorry, Meireles never get yellow card in this match blush.gif

lol, my Motm is Raul Meireles. He run all over the pitch to assist defence and attack.

Fair result, either team could had won it. I guess against a team on 3rd spot, it's not the worst result in the world.

My motm is cole..always making the threatening run. torres needs to play more to regain confidence.. we wasted a lot of chance, one of em ramires's. well..i guess this is the white hart lane curse for us?

ramires also the same. heheh. torres; haish. really dunno where his sharpness went. not impressive at all.

Bro, he play less than 15 minutes plus lack of match before. So what can you expect from him plus midfield look tired already

Bosingwa always vulnerable is because he attacked too much. His defensive qualities are not bad actually, got pace to cover. When he don't attack, then he suddenly seem so solid.

Btw, worrying times for us without real defenders now. When Luiz gonna be back? we really need him now. Next game against Fulham , transfer window havent started yet. See how AVB copes with this. It'll be a good learning experience for him .

We were lucky that we didnt lost the game.
The Spurs were definitely the more intimidating team out there, and our side, we have Terry to thanks.

Oh and, Ramires and Meireles are both suspended for next match. Lampard Romeu Josh? Or 4231?

bosingwa did play well at CB.

ramires is not a natural goalscorer.

miss the time when cech's goalkick fell perfectly for drogba and anelka.

did meireles yellow carded??

next match against what team?

why 4th spot, 3rd is still possible for us...somehow i just got feeling that spurs cannot perform all season.....lost against stoke, draw against us....their form slightly drop now.....they got tough trip to Norwich next... smile.gif

I agree, a brave goalkeeper should've keep the ball. Cech is really worrying, his goalkicks are poor, and his full of injury head starting to trouble him. Sigh.

After injury, Cech not the OLD Cech plus no competition for place for Cech. Remember he said years before that he need to work harder when see Cudicini training very hard to challenge him as no 1 keeper. I think Thibout Cortouis need to recall ASAP

Not good enuf in terms of points and table position, however ever in terms of performance, not bad actually, defended well. Terry is tha shit. Cole superb. Drogba, miles better than Wigan match, great move but hit the post. Sturridge Mata performed great. +1 For sturridge for the goal. Our prized assets at the moment.

I'd prefer Romeu start, did well after he came on, wasted one sub. Would have preferred Lampard to come on. After Iva injury, Ferriera and Bosingwa handled the situation well.
