Yeah, I would prefer AVB to use the same formation. It would be good for a team to settle down before we make any major change. But maybe Lampard can come in for Meireles But really, Meireles is doing really good. Lampard should accept the giggs-role from now on i think.
Drogba should start, we need to play him more before he leave the team for international duty.

Yeap,agree agree but change will come when ANC comes calling, so it's good for AvB to rotate a few players so when ANC comes, the foundation for team play is still solid
Lampard can get starts too, but not too often as AvB trying to implement and involve young players instead
