I dunno why AVB like to field MALOUDA on the CM role instead of LW and he place MATA the player we needed most on the LW and limit his chances getting the ball and ESSIEN definitely a better option there. When ESSIEN sub in you can see he has better vision than today midfield trio with his long range passes.

For whatever reason which i dont want to argue with, this TORRES thing is not working out. 12 more days till DROGBA return, if we want to remain top 4 we need him to start, but is almost certain he is not going to sign unless CHELSEA grant him the 2 years contract and he is already free to talk to any club now with bigger offer which might causes distraction. Most people will want TORRES to play as he is "still" the future but with champion league football and AVB job at stake, guess it will be more dilemma for AVB.

This january transfer window could have been a little hint how much faith RA has on AVB, i would say not much though (just guessing dont shoot me on this) but it could also because of the Financial Fair Play has started which club are only allow to have debt total 40m pound in this 3 years till 2015.

And i am not asking AVB head but i demand improvement and he definitely share the blame with the football we playing now. Agree with no need big names, big transfer fees will lead to more pressure onto the player.


Btw, Essein just came back from nearly one year (Mostly) layoff, that's why slowly put him back into the team.

Again you are talking about the result which i am talking about the football we play. CA is bad at last xmas period but the football we play are not as bad as what we are playing now. For so many matches our player seem dunno how to attack and defend that why we keep seeing side passes, back passes, no supply to striker, even when defending with so many player we look shaky.

Those statistic do not tell you the football we play, you can have 100 shot on target but what if all is soft or towards goalkeeper ? do you really think we look like gonna score against SWANSEA ? those possession was also not accurate as SWANSEA is already set their mind defending at 2nd half which might mislead ppl thinking we actually attacking better and the BOSINGWA goal ? we dont really deserve the 1 point.

Seem like you have simply understanding about a manager job, seriously good or bad corner is also down to the manager, do u really think manager just ask their player to get up and hope they head the ball in ? why some relegating team are good at set pieces because they train for it. Manager will tell them how to attack and defend the corner. Bad crosses ? a manager will ask them to train on it. Selfish STURRIDGE ? who u think can fix this ? AVB telling him off, no ? Even parking the bus need to be train by telling player which space to cover not just simply putting men behind. But those shot and corner are less concern than our build up play, do we really need to do so many safe back pass side pass ? is our player not getting in support position for forward pass ? is our player has less creativity than SWANSEA player so they are told to play safe passes only while SWANSEA player are so good they better at pressing and attacking build up, and again who is hired to fix this ? AVB.

Lastly i am not pushing everything to AVB, but i stop criticizing any particular player because i think we have a bigger problem than individual not playing well which is the our football philosophy itself.
