i remember last time i got betta, but i forgot to feed him for 3 days but he still ok ~~~ lucky

i assume is 1 week provided the fish is healthy and have proper diet b4...

hi, would like to ask if betta likes to jump out from a small fish bowl? intend to keep a betta in one of my small fish bowl but worrying it will jump out to suicide later

by right it wont... to be safe, keep the water level lower a bit lo.. so tat jump also still in the bowl..


why jump?
reason:
1. water not suitable
2. get shock/ afraid
3. saw something at outside the bowl or on top the bowl (try to jump to eat it)

urm, no pix now, but you know those like fatty wine glass type of bowl? roughly around that size. so if I don't put full water will be alright?

what water is suitable for betta? and what kind of food?
i glance through the thread, that you're selling betta fishy?

yes i m selling betta...

betta need aged water (google it if dunno) or tap water + anti-chlorine... add lil bit of aquarium salt to prevent disease.
food? jus buy pellet for them will do..

if those normal water then not a problem for me as i'm keeping other fishes too
food, shouldn't be a problem too but only problem is i hope it doesn't jump out from my bowl

keep them in a quiet place and reduce the water level.. usually they wont jump...
