Where can i buy species such as Rosetail and Halfmoon around KL and Ampang? is there any shop with lots of betta varities in Ampang or KL?

setup my tank yesterday and bought a CT
but now day 3 my betta still dont eat .. feeding him with pallet.. those rm5 .. asked for the most expensive food but they only got those.. added DIY baffle to lower the water flow..
