Hi guys, my betta tail consider fin rot? I get him on last Sunday. Or his tail is just born like that way?

a newbie question, i just bought a sponge filter and now need an air pump, do you guys have any idea how many output is the best for betta? im afraid the current too strong will stress my betta.
my tank is about 4 gallon, 29cm (L) X 19cm (W) X32cm (H). |
