Is good to hear that your betta is increasing.

I will suggest you use those bolt-less rack.. common brand TTF

size depends on ur needs.

Feel free to share your collection with us here.

Hello. Maybe this question has been answered a few pages ago, i'm sorry, but if anyone could kindly suggest a good betta seller/breeder in Penang, I'd be ever so grateful. Will be driving up there this weekend. Thank you.

Problem with my crowntail water
it's always milky after overnight, changed water and after a night it stills the same.

this does not happen to the rest of the betta tank beside it..

weird..

Hello,
I'm sorry nobody replied to you. Seems that there's not much support here and the local betta forums aren't as active anymore. I wonder where they went. In my experience (as a general fish keeper), cloudy or 'milky' water may be caused by new substrates, inadequate filtration, unsuitable aquarium decoration (ie leaching of paint). Maybe you can elaborate on the size of your tank, plants, substrates, other decoration in your tank. Water parameters if possible, any other tank mates etc. I may not be able to solve it, but two heads are definitely better than one, right? smile.gif

Hi there, I plan to start getting a betta to beautify my home. smile.gif

The aquarium I am planning to get is from IKEA,
http://www.ikea.com/my/en/catalog/products/30175220/

I am planning to house this betta with maybe some other smaller fishes if possible. Is it recommended and what are the types?

Also, i am planning to buy some aquatic plants and deadwood/shelter. Where can I get all this? Is there a recommended shop that sells all these?

It's 8cm depth (actual should be 6cm perhaps considering the thick glass) is really small for a betta to swim let alone put in other things.

It's 18cm depth. 8cm width. So you think it's too narrow?

How big is your tank? And where can i get it? It looks fantastic!

Most likely you'll have to remove your fish every time you want to clean something which may be stressful to it.

I have a 11cm ( ~10cm internal)) deep tank for guppy fries and that's kinda hard to work on as well.

The betta tank is an Up-Aqua super white glass 22x15x18 tank.

My betta is sick, the scales are sticking out like pine cones, I think it's dropsy. Any place where I can buy medication for dropsy? It has not been eating for 5 days.
